Emma is a 500 E-YRT yoga teacher and MTI Level-4 Holistic Massage Therapist from the UK, teaching dynamic Hatha Flow. She likes to consider the body and mind holistically and her yoga classes are designed to challenge you sufficiently physically and mentally, whilst also soothing the soul. Having taught in India, Brazil and the UK, Emma spends the winters in Sunzal enjoying the tranquil life.
